That's a great idea. I am a first year MBA student and currently interning in Corp Fin at a boutique shop that covers the PE and Micro-cap Tech, Biotech and some Diversified sectors. If your networking session comes together, I'd definitely like to be there. I guess I would qualify as as "to be"/ "hopeful" banker :-)
