How doable is the New Assoc track at GS? Do other banks have similar programs? Especially what about the Rx Banks?

Why in the world would the RX banks have the same program... GS only has it because they have a PE platform that is respectable. The whole thing with boutique banks and how they often pitch themselves vs. the full-service banks is that they were created to do solely advisory work and not have other perceived conflicts of interest.
