Next steps to go into IB

I graduated from a Canadian university (known for CS but nontarget for finance) majoring in CS, and then did MSCS at an Ivy. I then worked in software for a year before moving to Optiver for an engineering role. Now I'm planning on transitioning into IB, and am not sure what option to go with.

I can try to go to a US target school for a second Bachelor's degree, or I can go for an MBA. Are postgrad options roughly similar from both options, assuming I can get into a M7 school (740 gmat and 4.0 gpa so I should have a decent shot)?
