Are summer analysts suppose to be getting regular communications?
Signed my SA offer for GS/MS/JPM IBD NYC in Spring 2024. Got the confirmation email and another generic welcome email a month later saying the firm would reach back out sometime in late 2024 / early 2025.
I haven’t received any additional communication from the firm yet yet. Is this normal or should I check in with some people I know at the firm?

Adding to this… should we be actively keeping in touch with contacts we networked with. Don’t want to be nagging and taking up their time with no clear purpose. But at the same time feels weird to have no communication for over a year before summer ‘25.

I think you answered your own question. It's not late 2024 / early 2025 yet.
It's normal, don't worry - I thought the same, didn't hear back til April/May time before I started in late June
