no corp experience MBA student and want to get into investment banking
So, here is my full background. I am 30 and have been an entrepreneur for years. Back in grad school to get my MBA and am not really at a target investment banking school, however my school is in NYC and still top 50.
I do not have corporate finance experience, but have a 3.8 GPA and secured an internship at s&p global for a summer credit position. I plan on taking the CFA this june as well. Can i leverage the MBA and internship into a IB analyst position full time when i graduate? I am aware MBAs goto associate. How can i get into banking?
I am not sure if i want to stay at s&p post graduation, but will if its a last resort. Any suggestions on what i can leverage the s&p internship into a job that will get me into banking?
need help!!!
