Non-target Non-citizen Break into IB, ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANK YOU

WILL APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE!

Fourth Year, Graduating a year from now (December 2020) Non-target (International Student) Non-citizen... :( CFA Level 1, GPA: 3.2-3.4 Skills: Proficient in: VBA, Excel, Access | Intermediate: SQL, Python Internship: 2 six-month internships, 1. operational income tax collection at a large corporate bank 2. actuarial analyst at a mid-size insurance firm I know im stupid for not using my work visa on an investment banking internship....

With that being said, I have used up all my CPT and taking another summer internship will disqualified my 3-year OPT (Econ is STEM). In other words, if I do another summer analyst internship in the U.S., it'll disqualify my eligibility to work in the States after graduation, meaning that I not only need to get a return offer from my internship, but also receive sponsorship immediately.

Another option I have is to look for internship abroad to further enhance my resume and go straight into full-time search with 3 years of sponsorship-free work visa post graduation.

I am freaking out about job search right now and will sincerely appreciate any advice from everyone! ALSO LOOKING FOR A MENTOR!! I have spoken to soooo many people but no one has had a similar experience as I do.

I would like to know my chances of breaking into IB or even S&T in the U.S... Furthermore, should I do another summer analyst internship in the U.S or go straight into full-time search...
