At a mid tier BB (Citi/BofA/Barc) next summer and my comp is $30 an hour. Have heard that OT comp is .5x. Confused when my California counterparts will be making $52.88 an hour with 1.5x for OT. Wtf? Is it just my firm that does that? I get it doesn’t matter much in the grand scheme of things but I gotta pay rent hahahaha

sounds like bofa lol cuz the other two are paying 110k pro rated to intern but honestly aside from that, the lowest i've seen is $48.08/hr
