Second year analyst at an EB. Have one associate who I am on a deal with who always keeps me up past midnight and most of the time it’s for basically no reason. Do you think it’s ok to start to push back and tell him I am logging off at like 11 or 12 when nothing is pressing. This has been going on for over a month now.
