Opinion requested - Senior in college at a non-target

I currently am a Senior in college at a non target school. I have 4 years retail banking experience and I currently am interning with a FOF PE firm in the back office. There is potential for a full time offer in May with the FOF. I have been wanting to break into ibanking as an analyst with no luck! I recently was emailed by a MM shop wanting me to intern as a summer analyst. What are your thoughts on taking this summer position after already graduating in May and voiding the full time offer from the FOF?? Sorry for the brief description (iPhone)
