For FT analysts, my old roommate had a higher TC than me (at a mid BB) because they had larger bonuses, but I don't recall any special perks.
Great to hear. What were his hours like, weekend work, and overall WLB including WFH? Do you know anything about dinner stipends?
We probably got off around the same time. Maybe he was free more often on a Saturday, but pretty similar besides that. His group was/is 3x a week and dinner stipends were the same as mine at $25. Not sure if that's changed since a few years back.
