Outside of money, why would you want a job in IB?
Why would you want a job on Wall Street, besides reasons like to make money or prestige. Are there any other reasons?

I would not be in finance if it were not for the money, but if you read some literature on Buffett he says he joined Benjamin Graham to work for him without asking for the salary. He's clearly someone who doesn't need the money at this point, but does it because he enjoys it. "Intellectually stimulating" seems to be #1 on the list after the money.
knowing that i am making a real different in the world and adding value where i can. makes me feel warm and fuzzy at night.
I’m bored at current job, not challenging
1)You're surrounded by smart, motivated people 2) many exit opportunities outside of finance 3) prestige (if you care) 4)finance is very interesting (to me)
