Part-time and consulting work available IBD and PE

I'm seeking an analyst or associate to assist me with executing buy-side engagements. The role requires previous experience in IBD or PE, and will require you to be proficient in basic accounting concepts and valuation (3-statement, DCF, LBO). The position will require approx. 10-15 hrs. per week and is remote (work from home). The freelancer analyst or associate will be compensated on an hourly rate plus an attractive fee split (To be negotiated).
The majority of the work will be modeling, however, the role will require you to create PPT presentations occasionally.
