PJT Camberview Comp

Haven't seen any threads on this on years so wanted to get a new one going. Does anyone have any insight on all in comp at PJT Camberview?

Previous discussions 3 or 4 years ago indicated it was materially lower but people I know who worked there in 2024 but ultimately left indicated it was equivalent base and not far off bonus. This was for associate level so perhaps there are differences based on seniority or team within the group but would appreciate any insight. Cheers!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, PJT Camberview compensation appears to align closely with broader PJT Partners' pay scales, particularly at the associate level. For September 2023, the total average compensation for associates at PJT Partners was reported at $260K, which includes base salary and bonuses. While historical discussions suggested lower compensation at Camberview, more recent insights indicate that base salaries are equivalent, and bonuses are not significantly different, at least for associates.

However, variations might exist depending on seniority, team, or specific group dynamics within Camberview. If you're looking for more granular details, it might be worth exploring recent threads or reaching out to current or former employees for firsthand insights.
