PJT / EVR / MoCo A1 Total Comp??
Haven’t been in the loop — what is TC (for A1 level) for these firms? Anyone know split between base + bonus + sign on? Thanks!

Haven't been in the loop either, but I think PJT sign on is $20k, base is $110k, and I would assume bonus is 100% base so $110k -- all in TC $240k. They increased base from 90 to 110 this summer. Could be completely off, interested though.
RSSG and M&A decide bonuses separately. Had a friend in RSSG and he said because the class is small, they don't bucket and literally just wait to see what evercore's top bucket number is and just use that for their bonus number lol.
CVP AN 2/3 base raised to $135/$140K. Bonuses maintained highest on street, with new firm profit share bonus pool.
These were announced 2 weeks ago, effective Jan 1.
