PJT / EVR / MoCo A1 Total Comp??
Haven’t been in the loop — what is TC (for A1 level) for these firms? Anyone know split between base + bonus + sign on? Thanks!

Haven't been in the loop either, but I think PJT sign on is $20k, base is $110k, and I would assume bonus is 100% base so $110k -- all in TC $240k. They increased base from 90 to 110 this summer. Could be completely off, interested though.
Generally right but not positive yet bonuses will be 100% of base. Leaning towards that right now though
RSSG and M&A decide bonuses separately. Had a friend in RSSG and he said because the class is small, they don't bucket and literally just wait to see what evercore's top bucket number is and just use that for their bonus number lol.
When you say they don’t bucket, what do you mean ? Sorry For the ignorance I’m an incoming SA
EVR: $120k base, $25k sign on, bonus assumed to be 100% base -- all in TC $265k
You think its gonna be 100% bonuses though?
Bonuses are usually more like 80-90%
That’s still fucking crazy
Are bonuses consistent across all groups in EVR Advisory?
Within M&A, yes. Product groups, no.
Moco: $110k base, $10k sign on (extra $5k for summers who sign within 2 weeks), top bucket this year was $130k mid bucket $110k, all current A2s received $20k in December to offset salary increases
Can confirm
Do bonuses vary by city or are they standardized across the firm?
Is it true evercore an3 gets 140 base?
Confirmed.
God damn
Yes, but there is also an An3 signing bonus which bumps it closer to associate range
What about CVP?
CVP AN 2/3 base raised to $135/$140K. Bonuses maintained highest on street, with new firm profit share bonus pool.
These were announced 2 weeks ago, effective Jan 1.
Can you please elaborate / what’s that work out to all in?
Thanks
Except Qatalyst*
Anyone else reading this thread thinking about how fucking crazy these numbers are? Especially considering that literally a year ago someone pulling 85k base + 10k signing + 60k bonus for TC of 155k was considered to be a well compensated BB analyst, and now less than 12 months later, first years are pulling 250+ TC (pretty standard MM PE associate comp pre-covid). Not hating or doubting it or anything but these pay bumps have been wild to watch.
Zoom banking sucks way more. So they’re having to pay more to get people to stay.
We're getting the numbers back to pre-08 financial crisis levels boys! Let's keep going
Yeah these numbers are pretty sweet. Guess the glory path is
PJT rx (starting $240k) —> Apollo PE (starting $400k) —> tiger (printing $$mm) —> world domination
Should we really be taking 100% bonuses as a given?
I am not
