PLEASE HELP !!!!!

I'm a Director at a BB with 20+ years of experience and a net worth of over $5 million. Despite disciplined savings and careful financial planning, I still see my peers at other firms landing better escorts, driving superior cars, marrying more attractive wives, and amassing fortunes of $50+ million.

The interesting part? These guys are just as corrupt as their clients and the government officials they deal with—insider trading, money laundering, you name it. Their compensation isn’t their primary source of wealth; it’s what they do outside of work that truly makes them influential.

How can I reach this level of excellence? Are there any books or insights from Directors in PE/IB/HF that could help? Or is it simply because I come from a third-world country with a non-target undergrad?

Hell, I’m even willing to host a board meeting under the guise of a "networking event" if that’s what it takes. Feel free to DM me—I’m serious. I want more. A Porsche GT3RS isn’t enough to bring home that blue-chip girl at 1OAK.
