Please Help Potential target as part of IB
Hi all,
I have been asked to create a profile of a potential target as a part of IB recruitment process.
As for the financials I know that we can get them from the EDGAR website/SEC Filings, but are they just read only or are downloadable too? Please advise as to how one can import data onto excel from the website.
I would be greatly obliged if someone let me send over the profile to them and provide their feedback( People already working in IB would be great!). I will try sending it over by tomorrow noon. Sorry I do not know anyone in the industry who could advise me. I very badly want this position.
I would help you if I knew, but dude there should be plenty of resources on how to create a simple profile. I asked for help on what goes into an Executive Summary yesterday and only got one reply, so good luck, lol.

i believe you can download the file, but exporting into excel will be a bitch. Unless you are good with Visual Basic and can write a macro to do it.......otherwise start inputting away brother!!
