Please help...appreciate it !

Hey guys, I'm working on a Comps model and I got stuck here. I've done one Comps before but it seems to me that I've done an easier version...

Please see the attached images and files. How am I gonna find those inputs? Please, thank you sooooo much !

Nobody answered because there are some basic accounting questions involved. I won't do this for you but here are some ideas to get you started.

In order;

Indebtedness. (hint: look at calculating a company's net debt for an example of where to start)

Options/Warrants. You'll need to use your judgement and the timeframe of whatever the transaction you're working on to find out if/when any of the warrants or options can be exercised, (hint: when might you want to find fully diluted shares outstanding or percentage held by insiders?)

the opex adjustments can be done after the fact if you've already got a three statement model and annual reports or you can project an income statement and cash flows to build a pro forma list if you're working from a quarterly report, (hint: if this is homework you probably want to think about how you find gross margin and net income).

Hi, thank you so much for your answer ! I'm a Maths major and honestly neither opex adjustments nor Warrants/Options make sense to me... I have only done some simplified comparable analysis so far. This is another project that's for a company's final interview; they told me they will probably still give me the internship position if I can't finish this project, but still I need to submit it in 3 days. Are there any books maybe you can recommend ? Thanks again.
