Unfortunately it’s for all parts. My friend said they were expecting to get the increase (beyond As1-As2 increase) but he was told he is now at $175 as an As2.
Either the bank will change it in a year or so when markets pick up and they need to attract more talent, or they don’t give a F and will continue.

 

Can you edit the post to make sure people include bucket too? And add specifically for IB, data points get messy if CB or other groups post too.

Raymond James Industrials M&A

Salary info:

AN1: $100k AN2: $110k AN3: $125k

Bonus (top bucket):

AN1: $50k AN2: $60k AN3: $75k

Other info: I cover industrials but heard there was little variation between groups. Rumored that top bucket consumer analysts were paid marginally higher, but only by $1-3k vs. other groups.
