Why Healthcare? Aren't most of the major healthcare groups (GS, Merrill, MS etc.) based out of NYC?

No, BofA only has a few debt groups down there, and well Wachovia.
Much more of a banking presence in Chicago or SF/LA, where a majority if not all major banks have atleast one group head there.
What about Boston? Anything?
Boston has some Tech and FIG i think, but SF is probably the 2nd placed city after NYC
