Post-Banking Interview Tips

I'm recruiting for corporate/big tech strategy roles after 2 years in IB and am prepping for interviews. Do you guys have any advice for developing good stories from relatively unsexy analyst work? I'm trying to think of answers to "tell me about a time when..." questions, like a time I've persuaded someone to do something, when there was conflict, or when I've built something from scratch but it's hard given the top-down nature of IB.

I know so many people have managed to do this but haven't been able to find any good resources on this. Any help would be appreciated!
