Post Networking Email Question

I met a super chill analyst at a BB. She’s said it was fine to email her about questions/advice to break into IB or anything else life/school related. In the email I’m going to write to her I obviously want to thank her for the insightful convo but should I ask to talk to them again IRL over coffee or something? Or is that too direct/too early to ask for? I’m new to this whole networking thing (I’m a freshman) wondering what y’all think...
