Currently working in IB at a MM but will be moving to a BB in the coming weeks, so wondering if there would be a change of pace. Out of however many hours you average weekly, what percentage would you say you're "plugged in" for (i.e. neck deep in excel/ppt, no distractions i.e. browsing news, coffee chats, etc)?
