What is the interview process like with Prudential? Interviewing for their SA program.
I’ve done 3 hirevues for them.
All 3 are investment analyst positions for either
Real estate, energy, or power and renewables. I applied to all 3 on the same day and got one hirevue link every 2 days. It’s been about 8 days since my first hirevue and it also says when you’re doing it at the start that “No ai will be used for this hirevue. Every hirevue will be reviewed by a person” or some shit like that.
If I remember correctly this only has 2 interviews. A hirevue and then the actual interview with a real person. They also do ask some more “harder” questions.
Some are basic like “what’s your college major, why you choose if, etc…”
Others are a bit more difficult. For energy and power and renewables I got “what’s an investment you would make with your time horizon being 20 years. What criteria would you considered and what are the pros and cons”
Same thing for real estate but just change it to what type of asset would you invest in and why.
