Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information about the RBC 2025 regular round interviews or their exact timeline. However, looking at patterns from previous years, such as the IB SA 2024 thread for Canada, we can infer that RBC, like many other banks, tends to have a structured recruitment timeline that includes diversity rounds, accelerated rounds, and then moves into regular or non-accelerated rounds.

For instance, in the context of the 2024 recruitment cycle, RBC had already sent out diversity offers and was likely to proceed with non-accelerated rounds in the subsequent weeks. This pattern suggests that if you're looking into the 2025 cycle, and considering the timeline is somewhat consistent year over year, regular round interviews could potentially kick off after the completion of diversity and accelerated rounds.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information, it's advisable to keep an eye on official RBC career pages, network with current employees or recruiters who might have insider information, and stay active on forums like Wall Street Oasis where updates are frequently shared by other candidates and industry insiders. Networking and staying connected can also provide you with insights into the timeline and help you prepare accordingly.

Hi, thx for the insight! Just had a superday this morning for ny ib; was wondering if there’s a chance I hear back tomorrow or if I’m dinged. Thx

the calls for people who made it are generally split between the recruiters and interviewers for the super day.  when it's an interviewer, they can be a pretty senior banker, so take a little time before reaching out. Typically, the person reaching out would hear about their task the evening of the day of the interview, and sometimes will call the next morning but should really be done within 12 hours of the assignment.  Best of luck
