Recommended book on M&A technicals and tactics?
What book would you recommend that covers sell-side M&A processes? I'm interested in process, technical details, negotiation tactics, and strategies / tricks of the trade, etc.
I've run deals before, but am curious what everyone thinks are best books covering this. There are certainly tons of books out there, but I'm looking for something that you would actually reference, call on for running a sell-side process. My strength is in origination, so I'm interested in improving my execution experience and learning different perspectives and tactics.
Just for some flavor, here are some examples of topics: Process - Priority items to review in the definitive documents Tactics - using client customers as leverage to position clients to potential acquirers who want those customer accounts
Thanks for reading!
