recruiting for sa 2021 and still don't have 2020 summer figured out

I'm a sopohmore recruiting for IB SA 2021, I'm in my school's IB prep program and have competitive GPA and involvements, have started networking hard. However, I still have not landed any offers for summer 2020. I have a few leads, but nothing close to secured yet and I am growing concerned. If I can't land something till late March/early April... will I still be a competitive applicant at the RBC's, DB's, Baird's, who have already opened their apps? Do most people have 2020 figured out by now? I'm finding decent, relevant opportunities for sophomores are difficult to find.

You're fine dude, most of the kids who signed at my target in the spring did not have stuff lined up. I would recommend doing something this summer though just to have an experience to talk about if you interview in the late summer/fall.
