Need honest feedback. Midwestern banker that is remote interning for a MM bank (A) located in the west, and recently declined the FT offer in favor of another offer (B) in the south. Western bank (A) MD calls me and offers to try and go to bat for me to stay in my hometown, not knowing I already accepted at B. I would personally prefer to stay here, but don't want to ruin my reputation for future lateral moves. I also would enjoy the location of B, but again, prefer my hometown. How bad would my rep take a hit for a reneg on the offer from B?
