Revenue per head
Curious to know the revenue per head for teams at other banks. I'm referring to the entire team so all the MDs, Directors, VPs, Associates, and Analysts in your IBD sector or product team.
My team's 2019 revenue per head was just under $2 million which to me sounds really good considering it includes everyone in my sector team, yet we still only got average bonuses on the junior end..
What is your approximate revenue per head?
Our sector pulled in $50mm in 2019 with 2 MDs and 2 Directors. We also have around 7 juniors (vp inclusive) so I guess thats about $4-5mm per head.
However will note we are sector team (do our own in-house modeling) but I’m sure any DCM/ECM/Levfin activities will be split so I’m guessing actually more like $3-4mm per head
