Title. There's plenty of threads about what the best RX firm is etc and what the best M&A cities are, but I haven't seen any good ones about the best cities for restructuring dealflow. I'd say NYC is still #1, but beyond that, am interested in seeing what thoughts are, bc I've not got much of a clue.

yes but who is lining up to start their offices in Texas besides the law firms? there are rx consultancies in chi/la as well as some ib presence in both while Texas is basically all energy
