RX Interview Cram
Hey everyone, I received RX first rounds at two EB's (EVR/LAZ), and have been prepping with the restructuringinterviews guide. I read that I should also lock in on Pari, Moyer, Gatto, Petition 11, and more. Does anyone have any experience with the Evercore and Lazard interview processes and what kind of questions they ask? Will read up a lot on different deals as well. Thank you guys so much. I'm from a T20 school but not super target.

How long do you have to prep?
I have about 3-4 days, but I’ve gone through the overview/interview/structural subordination/bond math, double dip guides, and also reading Pari today. Have Moyer's book too. I know it might sound absolutely cooked, especially because I haven't refreshed my basic accounting/valuation, but reading the J crew / Serta / Sabre, etc case studies.
Study up on the basics, the LME and advanced stuff will really only come up in a case
How did you even get two eb rx 1rs without prepping? Most of the kids at my school (one of uchicago/stern/kelley) have been fully prepped since early fall. Offers are out now.
