RX lateral recruiting market

Curious about the RX ---> RX lateral market, general timeline, best way to go about it, what to expect in interviews, current state of the market.

Is it best to wait 6 to 12 months before looking at lateralling? (I am assuming it is good to get a couple deals done/started).

Is networking as important since the skill set is more specialized and I would already have experience at a reputable shop? Are recruiters useful at all? (I know some of the PE ones do IB lateral recruiting)

Is the lateral market for RX hotter then it is for M&A/Coverage?

Not the case currently, but can you go through buyside and lateral recruiting at the same time? Can you still look at lateral recruiting even if you landed a buyside offer?

Appreciate the insight
