SA 2025 Recruiting Update
For all the young blood out there,
Just wanted to drop an update so that no one is left behind--
So far:
- 28 banks have opened SA 2025 apps (most of the EBs are open with ~1 month deadlines)
- 22 funds/buyside shops have opened SA 2025 apps (some big shops including Bx and KKR)
If you don't understand the game by now, you need to be applying ASAP bc all of these apps are rolling. You think some poor fucking analyst or HR person is gonna pay close attention to applicant #28,756? Get real.

I was wondering if you could expand/ if there are any more resources where I could find a list of these openings. Unfortunately, I am late to the game due to committing a lot of time to playing a sport at my school, and am struggling with finding new opportunities to submit my resume to. Pro tip: The trick is to submit 100 applications to each firm. That way, the analyst and HR will definitely pay attention.

Hey man,
I am at a target and most OCR (info sessions, meet with analysts/associates/VP,....) wont happen till late February. This makes me a bit confused about the timeline as I am pretty new to this, would appreciate it if you could lend some insights. Also, this is a really basic question but I have sent out some outreach emails to analyst to schedule a call but none of them have responded. Should I just apply straightaway or keep on waiting ? Appreciate the input from you. Thanks !
