SA no return offer
Didn't receive a return offer after SA stint in Capital Markets at a MM bank that is primarily a lender. How to go about networking / applying / leveraging experience / answering the inevitable question of why i didnt receive an offer? Only feedback received was a lack of sense of urgency (i.e. took too long to turn in tasks). Open to a lot of opportunities: from traditional IB, MM banking, AM, debt funds, valuation/ transaction advisory, basically anything that isn't wealth management. Any and all advice is helpful. Thanks.
