Salary - Decent b-school
Went to a decent B-school, got a MIDDLE OFFICE/BACK OFFICE summer associate position at a BB this summer. I am pretty pleased with the summer salary though. A little above 90K prorated before taxes. If I receive a FT offer, will this figure be my same salary? I'm unsure if BB banks pay all summer associates the same amount regardless of what part of the bank they intern in and then alter salaries for full time. Basically, I want to know if I'll be making 90K prorated for this summer and then something like 60K once I'm full time. Thanks.
Usually it's base pro-rated, so yeah.
You will be making the 90K when you return FT.
