Based on the most helpful WSO content, there is no specific mention of Santander's Investment Banking (IB) groups or their visa sponsorship policies in the provided context. If you're targeting specific groups like LevFin, Energy, Structured Finance, or M&A, or seeking information on their visa sponsorship, it might be best to directly reach out to current employees or recruiters at Santander for the most accurate and updated details.
I'm sorry, but it looks like this may be out of my ability to answer... maybe some of the links below might help?

Sponsors are top 5 on the street these days, if not higher. Most people have no idea though. Find the specific deal tables and you will see.
Edit: and yes, they sponsor visa.
Groups op mentioned are all strong except for m&a probably. It's a debt shop with strong focus on levfin, fsg, etc.
What is their Tech / Industrials / M&T coverage teams like? In terms of transaction mix, are they primarily working on M&A, or more heavily focused on financing activities?
any insight into exits?
Good placement in right groups: LGP, TPG, Arini, Crescent… with looks at plenty of names like SL, TB, BX, ECP, Oaktree, Ares, Silver Point, GA, Carlyle, HIG, Citadel, KKR, ISQ, Bain, EQT, CD&R, Genstar…
Know LA has consistent good looks, assume NY similar in the right groups
Santander is basically Credit Suisse. Many groups moved over there instead of staying with UBS once CS collapsed. So, good culture, good people, great experience.
Was at CS Coverage. It looks like FSG split into Santander and WF, and LevFin mostly went to Santander, with some MDs heading over to UBS, Scotia, etc.
