I was a SA at one of the places listed; if I recall correctly, dinner was $25 allowance.

Weekdays:
$25 for dinner (must stay past 8pm)
Weekend:
$15 if working between 4-6 hours $25 if working for 6+ hours
I worked in a regional BB office and we didn't use seamless, but my understanding is these allowances were bankwide.
25 for dinner on weekdays, 50 for weekends provided one gets in before 1 and leaves after 5
25 dinner after 8. (MS)
i know the OP specifically refers to Barclay's, MS, and JPM, but are these the industry standard? i guess thats one of the small perks of being at a boutique: $15 lunch, $25 dinner - everyday. :)
