Senior in college with IB FT offer at BB...GPA drop by ~0.2...help need advice

As per the title, I'm a senior at an ivy in a stem double major. used to have a 3.8, and got/signed my ft BB IB offer before this semester (senior fall). however, I expect that my GPA at the end of this semester to be around 3.6, and at the end of my senior year will be a 3.69 at best...I really screwed up two of my classes by missing submission deadlines due to some personal/mental health issues.

I'm not too upset about what happened since the reason for missing my deadlines was pretty severe and it was definitely the right choice to miss those exams at the time. However, I don't have any leniency with my college so am going to have to stomach having a substantially lower GPA that what I could've ended up with (since 3.69 would be like the BEST scenario).

So, my questions are: 1.how much will this hurt business school applications? Given that it will undoubtedly hurt Bschool and job apps, what actions can I take to rectify things? 2. After my IB stint I want to go into buyside research/AM/PM type roles; how much will this hurt that goal, and what can I do to rectify things?

Other info: I'm also planning on taking my CFA in June and GMAT in March and have done two BB internships in the past and have one stand out extra curricular (super involved in local education inequality initiatives in Massachusetts). Not a URM.
