Share Count

Hi, fellow monkeys!

I have several questions on the very basic matters that I am confused with.

Let's imagine there is Company A with 900 shares On issue by the end of 2017 (a figure displayaed in Annual Report). Also I know that Company A acquired 100 of its own shares (i.e. they became Treasury shares) in 2016. So, basically, there are 900+100=1,000 shares.

So questions are the following:

1) How this figure of 1,000 shares (i.e. Shares on issue + Treasury Shares) is called? Shares outstanding? Issued Shares? Autorised Shares?

2) How do I calculate Market Cap of Company A in the end of 2017? Le's assume the share price in 2017 is $5, the Market Cap is 9005=4,500 or (900+100)$5=$5,000?

3) Treasury shares do not receive dividends, right?

4) Shall these Treasury shares be reflected in Shareholders Structure, i.e. affecting shares of shareholders, who did not participate in the buy-back?

5) What happens with the Treasury Shares? How can Company A distribute Treasury Shares at some point in the future, i.e. can these shares be sold to a specific shareholder out of the market, or it has to be a market offer (i.e. SPO)?

Thanks!
