Should an Investment Banker reach out to Patrick/WSO about taking WSO public?

Or maybe a SPAC merger. I think a good comp for this company might be Reddit which I think just did a private financing round. Or maybe it’s like the more old media-type names like Vault. Any ideas on how you would value WSO for an IB deal?

I think the main question to ask is how exactly would the added funds be used? Usually capital raises serve some specific purpose, as owners aren’t just going to hand out equity for no reason.
