Should I reapply to internships using the same candidate profile next year?

I applied to several finance firms internships during this recruiting cycle using my current email and candidate profile, but I unfortunately received rejections. Since then, I’ve decided to extend my degree by an additional year abroad.

When reapplying next year, I’m concerned about whether firms might blacklist me thinking I lied last year.

Should I use the same email and candidate profile to apply for internships next year?

Would creating a new email and profile help me avoid the internal tracking systems?

Have I just been blacklisted and would never be able to break into finance now ?
