Hello, I spoke with some professionals who work in investment banking and they recommended I take the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE), which is now the pre req to take the series 7 and 79 which bankers take. It does not require sponsorship. Any input from employers and recruiters who look for this as it basically gives some relief to firm's that this candidate has gotten one of the exams out of the way?
