Solomon Partners SA 2027

Wanted to hear people’s thoughts on Solomon Partners since I don’t see much on here about them. Just wrapped up my phone screen for SA 2027 and was curious what the rest of the process usually looks like. Any insight on interviews, timelines, or overall culture would be appreciated.

Round 1: 30min call with recruiter just behavioral

Round 2: 2 on 1 mix of behavioral and techs

Round 3: Superday - Three 2 on 1’s mix of behavioral and techs

Solomon seems to be up and coming, bringing in top guys from other firms and on some solid deals so worth keeping an eye out for sure.

Any insight on how long it takes to hear back from HR after screen about a R1? Did the screen a week ago now but honestly felt really good about it so I’m worried I got cut lolll
