three rounds two people in each mix of tech and behavs empahsis on personality techs also get pretty hard but it could honestly not depending on interviewer's mood

been a while but behavs are mostly resume and I personally had a fair bit of LBO/M&A questions and moderate amount of EV/EQ + DCF for techs
