Specialist Sell-Side M&A Team

Hey,

I have a BB LDN SA offer and I'm wondering about one of the specific teams.

Although the bank has country and sector coverage teams that both do M&A, I've also heard of a 'specialist sell-side M&A team'. I'm not entirely sure what the difference between this and one of the coverage teams would be, other than I've been told they focus mainly on the 'execution' of the deal.

I would be grateful if anyone could provide any insight into how the work in the team would differ from a general M&A team, and also if it would be a good team to be in.
