Starting Approach

Hello all.

I am currently a senior in high school and sophomore in college. I am here to ask for tips or advice regarding how to get into a halfway decent entry level job. I'm unsure how to approach this, but it is something I would like to get into. For a bit of background, I am going into a finance-oriented field (investment banking), but do not know where to start. I have no guidance or mentors in this area currently, and am starting with very limited assets.

If possible, please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
