Still looking a full-time position starting in January

Over the past two and a half years, I have been absolutely grinding. I had a two year long part-time internship and this semester I'm squeezing in an engineering major, in addition to a business major that I already have, to improve my candidacy (taking six classes but no part-time internship). I've gotten close to all As in school, however, I did much worse in my first two years of college. I have gotten a lot more interviews this semester than ever before, but I have been so focused on improving my resume and networking that other candidates likely perform better in interviews (especially on the technical side).

The clock is ticking and there is a good chance that I will have a few interviews in the near term. Should I focus on getting good grades, networking to land an interview or cram technicals? If I don't focus on school more, I risk getting some Bs. I have a lot on my plate already in school and I am not sure that I can adequately prepare for a technical interview.
