So I recently lateraled to a BB firm a couple months ago and I was wondering how stub bonuses work for someone in my position. How much of a stub will I be paid in the next bonus cycle next year? Is it based off of the fraction of how many months I've worked so far divided by the 12 months? Will I get my full bonus a whole year from when I joined?
