Switching Groups from SA to FT?
Hi all, incoming at an UMM/BB depending on who you ask, and was placed into a niche product group in a non-target city. For background, I attend a target and have a 3.7 GPA.
I want to pivot into a specific coverage group in the NYC office. How do I go about this? When do I start networking, and moreover, is there a formal interview (with technicals, etc) that I have to partake in in order to switch groups? I'm not sure how FT recruiting differs internally vs. externally.
