Technicals Second Round at BB

So I'm not a finance major but using vault/wso guides i was able to BS my way through techincals for first round. However, they called me for the second round and I need to study up on this stuff and I don't have much time. Where can I learn the advanced stuff in short time?

Which firm, which group? For any IBD group, you should know accounting, valuation via DCF/Wacc, comparable multiples, comparable transactions. Depending on how much M&A the group does, you should also brush up on M&A stuff - accretion/dilution analysis, for example.

Besides generic technicals, you should also read up on recent deals that the firm/group's worked on. You may be asked about that directly, and if not, at the very least bringing them up can win some brownie points.
